Noodz was born from a simple, yet powerful vision: to make ramen approachable, enjoyable, and inclusive for everyone. Our founder, Hank, has always been a passionate foodie with a particular love for ramen. However, every visit to a traditional ramen shop came with a sense of intimidation and confusion. The unfamiliar ingredients, the complex names, and the fear of ordering the wrong thing often overshadowed the comforting experience Hank knew ramen could provide. Determined to change this, Hank decided to create a space where anyone could walk in and feel at home, no matter their level of ramen expertise.
